Delfs Enterprises TV Launcher · last updated 24 October 2026

Who this applies to

This app is a personal project used only by its developer, Mark Delfs, on his own Android TV / Google TV devices. It is not offered to the public.

What data the app accesses

With the user's explicit consent through Google sign-in, the app reads the following read-only data from the user's own Google Health account: heart rate, resting heart rate, steps, distance, active minutes, active energy, and sleep. It cannot change or delete any health data.

How the data is used

The data is requested directly from Google and displayed on the user's own TV screen. It is used for nothing else: no advertising, no analytics, no profiling, no sale or transfer to anyone, and no use to train any model.

Storage

Health values are held in memory while the screen is shown and are not saved or sent to any server operated by the developer. The only item stored is the Google sign-in token, which is kept in the app's private storage on the user's own TV so the screen can refresh. There is no developer-operated server or database.

Sharing

No data is shared with third parties. The app talks only to Google (to read the user's health data) and to public weather, sports and news services that do not receive any health data.

Your control

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Removing the app, or deleting its stored sign-in file from the TV, removes all stored data.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
